Pragati has a highly automated finishing department which offers a range of coatings for your jobs apart from services like folding, binding, punching etc.
Coating / Laminations
DATAGRAPH offers a range of online and offline coatings and laminations that enhance the look of you job.
Aqueous Online Coatings in gloss, matte and silk finishes. These are applied right on the press in the same pass as the printing.
Lamination in gloss and matte finishes.
Our Full UV coating machine offers an environmentally friendly alternative to lamination. This coating is also available in gloss and matte finishes.
Spot UV coating is the process of highlighting a particular area of the printed piece by coating it selectively with UV-curing gloss coating. This draws attention to that particular area, which might be your logo or a photograph etc. Spot UV coating is available in gloss, matte and sandpaper finishes.
Binding
DATAGRAPH also offers a range of bindings.
Center-Pinning (Saddle-stitching) - We have two state of the art gathering-stitching-trimming lines.
Perfect Binding / Section-Sewing - A Japanese sewing machine and a 10-clamp auto perfect binder carry out these operations.
Wire-O-Binding and Spiral binding are also done with automatic punches.
Another new technology available for calendar binding is fuse-binding. This fuses the tops of the calendar sheets into a stiff edge and produces an environmentally friendly product.
We also offer punching, embossing and foil-stamping which are done at our associate concerns.
Packing & Forwarding
Automatic sheet counters and manual checks ensure the quality and quantity of all jobs before being shipped. Quality tested 7-ply cardboard boxes are used to package your job. With our automated stretch and shrink-wrapping and palletization machines, we make sure that the job gets to you in pristine condition.
